For more than 30 years, she has partnered with leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate change, resolve workplace challenges, and build practical systems that support sustainable growth.Drawing on her background in organizational learning, leadership development, human resources, and business strategy, Ann helps experienced professionals identify the distinctly human capabilities that remain essential as technology reshapes how we work. She is the author of Leadership Unleashed: A Great Dane’s Wisdom for the Business World and holds a Ph.D. in Instruction and Learning from the University of Pittsburgh.
