About me
William “Rocky” Oberti is a software engineer at Marinus Analytics, a company whose mission is to advance victim-centered trauma-informed policing through purposely-built tools to identify and disrupt under-reported crimes. Rocky graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Computer Engineering in 2023, and has been making significant contributions at Marinus since, helping develop tools used by investigators around the world in the fight against sex trafficking.
