About me
Ryan Frederick is an AI advisor, investor, and national speaker who spoke at more than 50 conferences and events across the country in 2025. As Principal at Transform Labs, he helps organizations turn AI into an operating capability rather than a pile of disconnected tools; through the AI Transform Fund, he invests at pre-seed in companies building the next generation of agentic and enterprise AI. He has started six companies and founded i.c.stars, a nonprofit that trains under-employed adults for digital careers. He is the author of The Founder's Manual and Sell Naked, and serves on the advisory board of AI 2030.
